Zarinah Davis ~ Vice President
Zarinah “ZaZa” Davis started investing in single family real estate in 2000. In 2013, Zarinah began acquiring and managing a portfolio of multifamily properties. She went on to form, ZD Holdings in 2022, which currently owns and manages multifamily properties in Columbia, South Carolina, Miami, Florida, Atlanta, Georgia and Warner Robins, Georgia.
